We are sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to delete your account and associated data:
Steps to Request Account Deletion
- Open the app and navigate to Settings > Security > Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion.
Data That Will Be Deleted
After submitting your request, we will action it in 14 days. You can cancel your request by emailing to us at privacy@thehousehero.app before we action.
Note: Once we delete your account, it can not be recovered.
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Personal details (name, email, etc.)
- Activity history
- Preferences
- Device information (Device ID, Model, Manufacturer, OS Version etc.)
Data Retention Policy
Certain data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes:
- Any data required for compliance with applicable laws
- Any backed up data at our end that might contain your information prior to deletion
